Coming from v3.1.0 or earlier?
Wannier90 v4.x has undergone a major restructure to provide an MPI-parallel library interface to most of the functionality of wannier90.x. This is an internal restructure of the code, but for users of the Wannier90 executable wannier90.x, this new version is backward compatible with v3.x.
Documentation for older releases is on the Download page.
